Halifax Thunderbirds is a professional lacrosse team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The team was established in 2019 as the successor to the Rochester Knighthawks, which was relocated to Halifax.
The Halifax Thunderbirds play in the National Lacrosse League (NLL), which is the premier professional indoor lacrosse league in North America. The team plays its home games at the Scotiabank Centre in downtown Halifax.
